Informationen i formuläret går direkt till högskolans diarium där det blir diariefört. En ansvarig handläggare kommer att tilldelas ärendet. Vid behov kommer handläggaren att kontakta dig för att få kompletterande uppgifter. I det fall det i din anmälan går att identifiera att den gäller en viss person kommer denne som huvudregel få ta del av vad som framkommer i anmälan och ge sin version av det som framförs. Efter att ärendet är komplett kommer högskolan att ta slutlig ställning i ärendet och meddela dig samt - när så är aktuellt - den andra personen om ställningstagandet.
I det fall du väljer att vara anonym kommer högskolan att utreda ärendet utifrån de uppgifter som högskolan har tillgång till. Återkoppling till dig kommer dock inte att kunna ske.
Inskickad anmälan blir allmän handling och kan komma att lämnas ut till den som begär att få se den i det fall det inte finns någon regel i offentlighets- och sekretesslagen som säger något annat.

Du kan vara anonym, fyll då inte i dina personuppgifter i fälten nedan. Endast fältet där du beskriver vad som har hänt är obligatoriskt. Om du väljer att vara anonym kommer högskolan att utreda ärendet utifrån de uppgifter som finns tillgängliga, dock kommer återkoppling till dig ej ske.
Behandling av personuppgifter
När du fyller i och skickar in formuläret kan personuppgifter komma att behandlas. Informationen som fylls i formuläret skickas direkt in i högskolans diarium. Inkomna uppgifter blir allmän handling och kommer att hanteras i enlighet med förvaltningsrättsliga principer.

Report/complaint against the university
The information in this form goes directly to the university's registry where it will be registered. A responsible administrator will be assigned to the case. If necessary, the administrator will contact you for more information. In the event that it is possible in your report to identify that it concerns a certain person, this person will, as a general rule, be able to see what is written in the report and respond with their version. After the review of the case is complete, the university will take a final position and inform you and - when applicable - the other person about the position taken.
If you choose to be anonymous, the university will investigate the case based on the available information. However, you will not be able to get any feedback about the case.
